Before joining Impact Nations, Tim spent six years in the corporate world, specializing in training future leaders for Canada's largest tire retailer. His transition to Impact Nations represents a passionate commitment to leveraging his corporate experience for the greater good. He is excited to utilize his expertise to raise up effective leaders in the developing world, equipping them to rescue the vulnerable within their own communities.

Outside of his impactful work, Tim and his wife, Bethany, are devoted to raising their children in a loving environment where they are taught to love Jesus and reflect His beauty to the world around them. Tim's dedication and experience are invaluable assets in Impact Nations' mission to make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.

For nearly fifteen years, Christina served as the Director of Journeys of Compassion, facilitating journeys to approximately 20 developing nations. These journeys empower others to make a difference by rescuing lives and transforming communities through initiatives such as medical clinics, water filter distribution, evangelism, and healing prayer. Christina has led teams into diverse and challenging environments, including prisons, garbage dumps, tribal villages, and urban slums.

In recent years, Christina's focus has shifted towards rescuing women from prostitution and abuse, offering them restoration, healing, and a newfound sense of purpose in Jesus. In 2022, Christina assumed the role of Director of Women's Development, further emphasizing her commitment to uplifting women in vulnerable situations and guiding them toward a brighter future. She welcomes any questions you may have regarding Impact Nations' mission and the transformation they are bringing to communities across the globe.

She is passionate about raising up the next generation of leaders, challenging them to seek out opportunities to protect, heal and empower the vulnerable. Her "Encountering God" seminar is an important asset for discipleship and healing of past hurt and trauma.  She has trained trainers in multiple nations, enabling them to provide comfort and hope for countless people as they escape a life of trafficking and abuse.
