Impact Nations works to make serving with your medical skills and your faith possible on a single trip. We are actively seeking medical doctors, registered nurses and pharmacists / pharmacy techniciAn volunteers to join us on 12 day Journey's of Compassion (mission trips)

For two decades, Impact Nations has brought life-saving healthcare to the most vulnerable communities across the globe. By serving the poor and marginalized, we have empowered medical professionals to make a tangible, lasting impact in the lives of those in desperate need.

We welcome doctors, nurses, EMTs and pharmacists to join us, regardless of their faith background, and offer an opportunity to serve communities in need with compassionate, practical care.

Being a Christian is NOT a requirement to serve as a medical professional on a Journey of Compassion.

What You Can Expect

  • Compassionate Care - Our clinics provide essential, front-line medical care, partnering with local professionals to treat common ailments like infections, lacerations, stomach issues, headaches, joint pain, and malnutrition. We use both over-the-counter and prescription medications. While we address basic medical needs, we do not manage more complex conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or cardiac issues.
  • Comprehensive support - Impact Nations provides all necessary logistical support, including accommodation, meals, transportation (while in country), and medical supplies.  Our team ensures that you can focus on delivering care without worrying about the details.

  • Collaborative Environment - Work alongside fellow doctors, and nurses from around the globe, including local medical practitioners. Together, you'll deliver individual care to community members who would otherwise not have access to healthcare.

  • Safe and Structured Program - Our missions are carefully planned with safety as a top priority. You'll receive thorough orientation and support from our experienced mission leaders. The leadership of our team includes a medical leader who is responsible for the flow and overall implementation of the clinics, along with logistics and ministry leaders.
